Low-Cost Therapy

Our low-cost therapy service is designed to make counselling more accessible for those who may be experiencing mild depression, anxiety, low mood, or simply need a safe space to talk. Sessions are offered by our trainee therapists, who are fully supported and supervised to ensure you receive safe, compassionate care. At just £35 per session for up to 8 sessions, this service is available online or in-person (where applicable) for students, those on low income or receiving benefits, and individuals not currently in crisis or needing specialist mental health support.
