Humera was very understanding and always knew what advice to give. I would also confidently say she is also part of the reason I’m a lot more of a practicing Muslim now as before because of my past I didn’t have much hope for Islam as felt I had “failed” as a Muslim but Humera gave me a lot of valid points that even now have stuck with me and I haven’t forgotten.

I do also want to add that my therapist has been absolutely incredible as a first therapist for me and since our sessions my life has improved to a point I didn’t think was possible (from never praying to praying nearly all 5 prayers a day, barely any negative thoughts, being able to be vulnerable) and a lot of this is down to her supportive words.
