Think cozy, casual, and non-judgmental. We keep things professional but human—no awkward silence or therapy clichés. Whether you’re here for deep emotional work or just need someone to help you untangle your thoughts, we’ve got you.

Life happens, we get it! Here’s how it works:

Super easy! You can book your session just shoot us a message Here to get started with your details. We’ll make sure to get you set up with a time that works for you.

We get it – things happen! But just a heads up, if you’re late, your session will still end at the scheduled time so we can respect the next person’s time. Keep us informed, if we don't hear from you the Therapist will only wait for 20minutes.

Payments are easy and secure. We accept payments through Bank transfer or Paypal. You'll be all set before your session begins. Sessions are only confirmed once payment is completed.

Of course! Therapy should feel right for you. If you feel like someone else might be a better fit, let us know, and we’ll help you find the right therapist.

No stress! Just bring yourself and your thoughts. We’ll start with what’s most important to you and go from there.

It’s totally normal to feel unsure! We’ll work at your pace. If you don’t feel it’s the right fit, you’re welcome to stop at any time, we can look at alternatives if you need guidance.
